All applicants must complete the scholarship form and submit it to the Association. This may be done:

or an online application through Google Forms
If you choose to submit a video essay, you may share with the Association on Dropbox or via email with the same address as above. It is preferred that written essays be submitted in the same manner as the application form.
We do not restrict what performing arts camp the student wishes to attend, however, in order to award the scholarship, we need verification that the student has been accepted and how much is owed to the camp.
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must be entering grades 6 through 9 at the start of the 2021-2022 academic year. Further, the applicant must be underserved for one or more of the following reasons:
The applicant may choose to attend either vocal or instrumental music camp, theater arts camp, or dance camp. Please pay attention to any requirements set by the individual camps.
